"National Forestry Machinery Development Plan (2011-2020)" proposes "to comprehensively improve the technical level of major equipment such as wood-based panels, fully realize independent research and development, and meet the development goals of the national forestry key industry adjustment needs." After years of continuous development, my country's wood-based panel output continues to lead. However, with the transformation and upgrading of the wood-based panel industry, the focus of wood-based panel equipment will shift from wood-based raw materials to wood-based raw materials, wood waste and non-wood-based raw materials; from a single expansion of production mode to expansion of scale and energy saving Development in a compound direction; a shift from an extensive economy to an intensive economy. These changes and transformations have opened a new era dominated by large-scale high-end mechanical equipment, which indicates that my country's wood-based panel equipment will shift from the traditional three-board-based market to a new type of wood-based panel.

 

Under the current background, how to make correct choices for domestic wood-based panel companies in response to the situation has become a problem that my country's wood-based panel companies must face and think about. This forum invited the Chinese Academy of Forestry Research Institute of Wood Industry, China Foma Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Wood-based Panel Machinery Factory Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jebsen Enterprise Management Group Co., Ltd., Sanmenxia Yilong Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., National Forestry Bureau of Beijing Forestry Machinery Research Institute and other scientific research institutions, leaders and experts of well-known enterprises made a report around the theme of the forum.

 

Researcher Zhang Wei of the Beijing Institute of Timber Research, Chinese Academy of Forestry introduced new progress in the wood-based panel equipment industry. And pointed out that in the face of the status quo of the industry is not strong, the scale of the enterprise is small, and the international competitiveness is weak, in the future, we will focus on establishing and key enterprise groups for wood-based panel equipment; in the face of insufficient technological innovation, the status quo of lack of major industry achievements and awards , Wood-based panel equipment companies should strengthen cooperation with scientific research institutes, strive to create 2 to 3 national and provincial-level special engineering technology research centers, strengthen scientific and technological innovation methods, and enhance the level of innovation and R&D and achievement transformation of the entire industry; build 3 to 4 Market-oriented enterprises with core technology, system integration capabilities and high correlation. Other experts also focused on the integrated innovation and energy saving of the wide-format continuous press production line; the defense and destruction of Chinese wood-based panel equipment; the development and application of the characteristic continuous flat press; the comprehensive introduction of German advanced concepts to promote 4ft ContiPlus technology innovation and Lean manufacturing and other issues were reported and exchanged.
